Private Lessons

Private lessons are required to start working on the equipment to establish an individuals understanding of the exercise concepts.

  1. First time student package of 3 lessons for $150.00 or 5 lessons for $325
  2. Or try our package of 10 private sessions

How Many Times a Week?

You will reap the benefits if you do three hours of pilates a week. Noticeable differences will be visible with two sessions a week. As Joseph Pilates stated, “In 10 sessions you’ll feel the difference, in 20 sessions you’ll see the difference, and in 30 sessions you’ll have a different body.”

What to Wear?

Exercise pants, tights or shorts that are comfortable and stretchy and a relaxed top are best. Baggy pants or tops are not recommended. Bare feet are essential or you can wear socks with “stickies” on the bottom to insure a good grip of the equipment with your feet” (These socks can be purchased online or at the studio). Please do not wear perfume or heavy jewelry to class. Come to class on time as the teachers begin each class with a warm-up both physical and informational, which prepares you for what follows. We suggest that you do not eat for one hour prior to working out.
